Special Government Employee Hotel Rates
The Room rate for Big Data TechCon attendees whom are government employees is $170 per night for single/double occupancy. This rate is available for stay during the dates of Big Data TechCon March 28, 2014 (check-in) through April 4, 2014 (check-out).
Rooms for the reduced government rate are limited and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Click here to make your hotel reservation.
Room reservations will be made at the General Big Data TechCon Attendee rate of $199 per night for single/double occupancy. The discounted price of $170 per night for single/double occupancy will appear upon checkout.

How to Register:
Register online and use one of the following payment methods:
Credit Card. You can use the secure online form to pay via credit card and get immediate confirmation of your registration. MasterCard, Visa and American Express are accepted. You'll receive a registration record/confirmation e-mail. Please print out this information and bring it with you. Present them at the Registration Desk to pick up your badge and course materials.
Check. Fill out the online registration form. Print out the registration record and receipt and mail to BZ Media LLC, 225 Broadhollow Road Suite 211 Melville, NY 11747, with your payment. Online registrations that are mailed without payment will not be confirmed until payment is received.
Purchase Order. If you register using a P.O., you'll be invoiced immediately for the registration amount. Payment must be received before your registration can be confirmed.
You may combine this special discount with the Government Discount and Early Registration pricing to save even more!
Group discounts will be given automatically if you register three or more people at once. You can also contact Matt Chyriwski at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive the $100/person discount if your group is unable to register at the same time. Contact him also for special discounts for groups of 10 or more.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
You can receive a full refund, less a $150 registration fee, for cancellations made by February 28, 2014. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable.
Send your cancellation in writing to Matt Chyriwski at email@example.com. Registrations may be transferred to another person.
Refunds will be processed through the same method of payment as the initial payment transaction. Credit card refunds will be processed to the same credit card as the original payment. If for reasons beyond our control the event cannot take place as scheduled, BZ Media reserves the right to reschedule the event to a date and place of it’s choosing.
